Who handles your information
Tervaq operates PresPad and handles information needed to provide your notebook. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or rights requests. This notice describes PresPad; Google, your AI client and payment services also have their own privacy notices.
Information we process
We process the provider identity supplied by Google, your name and email when provided, notes, checklists, images, folders, tags, preferences, sharing settings, connection permissions, policy acceptance records and account security information. Operational logs may include request times, network addresses and error details. Payment features, when used, also generate subscription and transaction records; payment card details are handled by the payment provider.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and secure your account, save and synchronize your notebook, provide sharing and optional AI features, resolve problems and respond to requests. Processing necessary to provide the service supports our agreement with you. Security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interests; legal obligations may require certain records. Optional AI sharing requires your action and the permission shown in the app.
Storage and service providers
Notebook data is stored on the production server and database; uploaded images use Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare also provides network delivery and protection. Google provides sign-in. The in-app AI currently uses OpenRouter and its selected downstream model provider. Selected content and your request are sent when you invoke the feature. External agents receive content allowed by their MCP grants. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. PresPad is not end-to-end encrypted: authorized server processes can read stored content to provide features.
Sharing and your choices
Notes are private to your account unless you choose a sharing, publishing or agent feature. A public or shared link may be forwarded. Revoke links and agent grants when no longer needed. Revocation stops future access but cannot erase copies already retrieved by other people or services. We do not sell notebook content or use it for advertising. Do not submit sensitive information to an AI feature unless you are comfortable with the provider processing it.
Local copies and retention
Your device stores an account-isolated notebook cache and pending edits for offline use. Logout locks or removes local account content while protecting unsynced drafts. Clearing browser or app data can permanently remove unsynced edits. Server data is retained while needed for your account and requested features. Deletion removes active account data; backup, security and legally required records may persist for their operational or legal retention period. We do not claim immediate deletion from every backup.
Your rights and contact
You can manage notes, export data, revoke sharing and connected agents, and request account deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact [email protected]; we may verify account ownership before acting. We will not ask for your Google password.
Updates
We will update this dated notice when our practices change. Material updates are presented in the app. The terms acceptance step acknowledges this notice; it does not grant blanket consent to unrelated tracking or new uses of your notes.
