Using PresPad
PresPad is a notes service operated by Tervaq. These terms apply to the PresPad website, apps and connected notebook tools. By choosing Agree and continue, you agree to these terms. Contact [email protected] with questions. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service.
Your account
Use an account you are authorized to use and protect your Google account and device. You are responsible for activity you authorize, including connected agents. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or upload unlawful material. The service is not intended for children under 13; if local law requires a higher age or parental permission, those requirements also apply.
Your notes and permissions
You retain your rights to your notes and images. You give Tervaq permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you use. Sharing or publishing makes content available to the recipients or link holders you choose. You must have permission to upload or share the content. Keep your own exports of important information.
AI and connected agents
AI is optional and may produce inaccurate or inappropriate output. Review it before relying on it. When you request AI assistance, selected content is sent to the configured provider. An MCP grant lets your chosen agent use the permissions you approve; read access may cover eligible owned notes, not just one selected note. Revoke grants under Connect your agent. Signing out does not revoke them. Third-party services have their own terms.
Availability and paid features
Internet access is required for cloud sync and online features. Offline edits sync when a connection is available; concurrent edits may need review. We do not promise uninterrupted access or instantaneous synchronization. Where paid features are offered, the price, renewal period and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Google Play or the web payment processor may handle payment. No payment is authorized by accepting these terms.
Ending use and changes
You can export your notes and request account deletion in the app or contact [email protected]. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or threaten its security. We may change features and these terms; material terms changes will be presented for acceptance. The dated version you accept is recorded with your account.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every particular need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can investigate.
